We are a brand new group of old-timers with just a dash of young folks eager to learn. We know that you have questions about 1st Time Fix. Probably legitimate ones, like:

Those are some good questions. With those in mind, let us introduce 1st Time Fix.
We have business leaders in our company who have years of experience. This means that you don’t have to pay for mistakes – they already did.
Our account managers each have a minimum of 10 years experience and most as high as 25 years under their professional belts.
Our marketing team comes from some of the largest corporations in the world having learned from the likes of Novartis and Nestle as well as some viable smaller companies.
Our Training and Support group always have you in mind. Most have professional call center experience and are trained to provide customer service that is a 1st Time Fix.
