What is happening with my order?
Whether the client's own service people make the actual repair or the client makes it through an authorized service provider they can review the status of who is handling the service in real time and gather information on call time, parts used, travel expense etc. The client is in the loop and knows exactly where in the chain orders are located and more importantly why the order is there.
P.A.R.T. is designed to include the client in the process. The advantage of seeing real time where orders are in the queue gives you a handle on some areas not directly controlled at this time. Tools are applied to increase the ability of getting products fixed first and fixed the first time. All information gathered and updated during the dispatch process is available and used within the overall product integration. P.A.R.T. will give customers a reason to call for service.
