When companies think of warranties they think of a product either being in or out of warranty.

P.A.R.T. will correctly determine if a request for service is within the warranty time for parts and/or service. If the product is under warranty then the process of repair starts immediately. If not, P.A.R.T. will have the ability to add additional business by handling the out of warranty service request. Based upon rules criteria determined by the client, up to 99% of all claims can be handled systematically. Trending analysis will alert you to potential customers who try to take advantage of your good will. All information gathered and updated during the service process is available and used within the overall product integration. P.A.R.T. will get you extra business.
